Our Story

Allan and Clayton both have over 50 years experience between them as Butchers

They are passionate about what they do, both having owned previous businesses, and they have the experience behind them to put their best skills to work to provide only the best products and cuts of meats.

Clayton was born and raised on a farm and has always been around livestock. He knows what it takes to care for animals, so he has always had a keen eye for top produce. He’s a down to earth guy that is always helpful, with his vast knowledge of the industry and cooking methods.

Allan is a Perth boy and one of the original great butchers. He also has a keen eye for top produce and his passion in his field shows behind and in front of the counter. He’s a cheeky, smiley top Aussie bloke that wants his shop to provide only the best, and will go over and above for his customers.

All cuts of meat, Hand Crafted Sausages made in-house, ready to cook prepared roasts, marinated and crumbed products. We also supply English specialties such as Black Pudding, Tattie Scones, Square Sausage, White Pudding, and Cumberland and English Pork sausages.

Mt. Barker Free Range Chicken



Chickens from Mt Barker are free to roam far and wide from the age of 3 weeks old. They regularly stretch and feed on fresh green grass and bugs to provide tasty and nutritious meat. You will definitely notice the difference in taste and quality.

Dandaragan Organic Beef



We supply certified organic produce that has been grass fed and finished. The stock at Dandaragan Organic Beef is moved between paddocks every 2-4 days and is naturally leaner than grain fed beef. Their beef is proven to provide higher quantities of Omega 3 fats and Vitamin E. We also can source certified organic chicken from them on request.

Linley Valley Pork



This locally produced Pork from the Great Southern region of WA is grown under the highest standards of animal welfare and care. The animals have the freedom to move between paddocks and are kept permanently outdoors with access to comfortable shelter to protect them from the elements.
